Century Golf Partners employs 4,500 people in the field, each dedicated to building lasting relationships with their customers. Our corporate office employs approximately 45 people, whose role is primarily to act as a resource for the field. Our corporate office houses two agronomists, a complete human resources team, a complete information technology team, an insurance coordinator, a legal coordinator, the corporate accounting function, an acquisitions team, and the Century principals, Jim Hinckley, Greg Adair, Ken Story, Larry Galloway, and Doug Howe.
Our senior management team spent a collective 75 years working with ClubCorp. Together, they are the most experienced executive team in the golf course management and ownership industry. Collectively, Century’s principals have operated over 400 properties, and acquired over 250 courses, clubs and resorts.
The Century principals have operated courses that have hosted 76 PGA, LPGA and Senior PGA tournaments, including 15 “major” tournaments. They have operated properties in the United States, Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, Japan, China, and Thailand.
The Century principals have owned and operated daily fee courses, semi-private clubs, and more private country clubs than any other management team in the country. Our principals also have extensive experience owning and operating golf resorts, including Pinehurst, PGA National, Barton Creek, Homestead, Palmilla, and the Equinox.
Our team has built over 50 courses, clubs and resort communities, and has worked with every major golf architect, including Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Tom Fazio, Reese Jones and Ben Crenshaw.
