He comes to us from Prescott Group, where he served as Director of Acquisitions, with prior experience at Goldman Sachs' Global Markets Division. "Andrew has spent his career finding deals other people overlook, then having the discipline to close the transaction," said Doug Howe, Partner and COO. Verrado Golf Club Again Earns the Esteemed Distinguished Golf Destinations Designation

Spreading Its Wings. Once the home of a longstanding PGA Tour event, this Dallas-area club now sports a new, nationwide appeal. For 35 years, the TPC Las Colinas course at the Nelson Golf & Sports Club (previously the Four Seasons Golf & Sports Club) hosted the PGA Tour’s Byron Nelson Classic. It’s been almost a decade since the tournament was contested there in Irving, Texas; and yet, in that time, the club—and its marquee course—has only grown stronger.

When Arnold Palmer Golf Management took the reins in March, a deliberate choice was made to prioritize course conditions over calendar pressure. That patience paid off, when the club celebrated with a ribbon cutting alongside the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, complete with a bagpiper to set the tone. The ceremony was made even more special by the presence of two valued community alliance partners, First Tee of Sarasota/Manatee and Folds of Honor, and a special thank you goes to Nathan Benderson Park Conservancy for raising a glass to mark the occasion.
